Phase 1: Electronic Leak Detection (60 – 90 Minutes)
Using ultrasonic acoustic sensors and infrared imaging, our technician verifies line pressure decay and pinpoints the sub-slab rupture location. A complete Written Estimate is presented immediately on-site.
Phase 2A: Overhead PEX Reroute (1 Single Day)
For single-line failures, work begins at 8:00 AM. Flexible Uponor PEX-A lines are routed through attic spaces and connected to plumbing manifolds. Water service is tested and restored by 4:30 PM the same day.
Phase 2B: Direct Concrete Excavation (1 – 2 Days)
If localized slab breakout is selected, concrete cutting, sub-base excavation, and Type L copper silver-brazing take approximately 6 hours on Day 1. Day 2 includes hydrostatic pressure verification and concrete floor patching.
